Chr. Holtermann Ans is a fully integrated service house for trade related to nutrients from land and sea. This includes marine and vegetable oils, marine and vegetable proteins; as well as all nutritional components for fish feed. The basis for our existence is the long and close ties with all major fishing areas world wide, as well as European agriculture. From our firmly established network we may select premium products and commodities.

At the same time we have a particular focus on fish feed. Most of the commodities we trade from the sea are brought back to the sea as feed for edible species. Again, this will enhance the quality of oils and proteins from feed grade to food grade. Our customers demand the highest quality standards to comply with the requirements from the upmarket seafood consumers.

Nevertheless, not all the rawmaterials are supplied from the sea. Through our work with first class selected suppliers we may satisfy and improve the rigid standards of emerging markets.

Being an international commercial center, the majority of our trade is between countries outside our national borders.
